Name changes in registration system reflected on stats roster: When you edit a player’s name in your registration system, that change will also be applied to the team roster in the stat system.
Improved distributed team payments: Captains and other team organizers can now add their roster and include key information such as their teammates’ email and amount owed by each person. The registration system will then email each person on the team with a link to complete the registration, which includes your waiver and an option to pay their share of the team fee.
Improved waiver recordkeeping: At the time of registration, the content of the waiver will be converted into a PDF (including any digital signing information such as initials or name) and automatically uploaded to the registrant’s account. This makes your waiver highly visible and accessible at any time to both the customer and you as an administrator. Valuable for demonstrating diligence and reducing your legal liability.
Delinquent customer registration alerts: From the Outstanding Balance Report, which shows who has a balance owing, easily add customers to your “Flagged Users Report” (aka “Warning List”). When that person attempts to register, you will be alerted, allowing you to intervene early to settle their outstanding balance.
Identify incomplete registrations: In the “Registered Report”, quickly find registrations that were started but not completed within a certain timeframe. Useful for proactive sales and marketing efforts (e.g. encourage incomplete registrations to finish before a deadline).
Countdown Clock: A new widget that allows you to enter in a specific date and then have a clock on your home or splash page countdown the days, minutes. Useful for prominently communicating a key date, such as your team’s home opener or your league’s registration start date.
Import events via Excel: Now possible to import events into your Pointstreak Sites event calender using a Microsoft Excel template (there is no longer a need to export to a .csv or .tsv file).
Hockey scoring iPad app ready for release: After a successful beta test, Pointstreak is introducing our latest generation of hockey scoring software to select clients. For our clients who run on real-time scoring, please note we are working through a beta test of that functionality. Talk to your Pointstreak account manager for more information.
Improved real-time data feeds: Qualified customers can now get a real-time XML and RSS feeds for use in displaying live pot totals across other platforms. This makes for easier integration into customers’ existing infrastructure, such as scoreboards and inhouse displays.
