As part of our Winter 2014 Recap, Pointstreak Sports Technologies is excited to announce three new payment additions to our sports league on line registration system. If you’ve experienced the frustrating process of chasing down customers to collect on outstanding balances or the hassle of tracking these people so that next season you can intervene before they register, then read on to learn why we call Pointstreak Registration not simply a registration system, but an intelligent registration system.

1. Early Bird Discount / Pay-in-full Discount

The first feature improves your cash flow by creating incentives for your customers to pay their league and team fees early. The new feature allows you to provide your customers with discounts if they choose to pay by credit card instead of paying in person. Similarly, customers can reap similar benefits if they choose to pay-in-full instead of choosing an installment plan. This new feature dramatically speeds up cash collection time, while eliminating the need to manually collect checks and cash.

2. “No pay, no play”

Second, our new force-payment functionality is an optional tool that forces your customers to pay their outstanding balance before they can continue with a new registration. This is an effective system to restrict registration for only those who have fully paid. With this feature, customers can also automate the list of who has and hasn’t paid their fees: say goodbye to freeloaders!

3. Customers Can Update Credit Card Info

Lastly, we have enabled an optional feature that allows customers to update their own credit card information before they expire. This addition saves admins the hassle of chasing down failed payments sometimes caused by installment plans.
